Philips is upping the ante fivefold from its 2009 award-winning spot “Carousel.” The TV maker has enlisted five producers from Ridley Scott Associates, the legendary director’s eponymous production company, to create a series of new short films. The feature-film quality shorts are getting teased in this spot at Adweek, and blogger David Gianatasio sums up the concept of creating an ad promoting other ads nicely. Check it out at Adweek.
